Receptionist
Responsibilities
- Receiving visitors and clients at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Daily regular checks on all common areas, including bathrooms are clean and tidy at all times
- Manage the building log of who is entering and exiting the building
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific offices
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Assisting and support administrative tasks
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including photocopying, taking notes, monitoring diesel supply/usage/level
- Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
