Real Estate Sales Executive
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing property sales.
- You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and invest in properties while providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
- Promote and market real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct site inspections and property tours with potential buyers.
- Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, prices, and developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must own a smartphone and have access to social media for marketing purposes.
