The Real Estate Marketer is responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling the company’s real estate products and services. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, conducting market research, and executing effective marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s real estate products through direct sales, digital marketing, events, and other channels.
• Generate leads and actively follow up on sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a client database and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Conduct site inspections and property tours for clients and prospects.
• Create and implement marketing strategies (online and offline) to increase visibility and brand awareness.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events, exhibitions, and community engagements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing or related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Must be proactive, persuasive, and customer service–oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when necessary.
