Requirement and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
• 1 – 3 years with experience in on-site construction projects.
• Professional certification (RICS, CIOB, or equivalent) is desirable but not compulsory.
• Knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.) and contractual procedures.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, CCS Candy, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
