Job Summary:

• We are looking for a proactive, qualified and versatile Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing costs, procurement, and contracts for building and renovation projects, while also assisting in project coordination and site activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering, and contract administration for various construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for projects.
• Conduct site measurements and prepare valuations for work in progress.
• Handle procurement of materials, including obtaining quotations and negotiating with suppliers.
• Assist in subcontractor selection, evaluation, and payment certification.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress reports, interim payments, and final accounts.
• Support site management by coordinating between the office and project sites.
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company standards and project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all financial and contractual matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry (preferably with small or medium-sized projects).
• Sound knowledge of cost control, procurement, and construction contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
