QMS Financial Process Management Assistant

Job Summary

The job holder will assist the Corporate Quality Manager in the development of finance and commercial related processes, interact with Finance and Commercial Managers and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Details

  • Support the development of Quality Management Systems Processes (Financial and Commercial Processes)
  • Ensures further maintenance and improvement of Financial/Commercial QMS processes.
  • Provides support for preparation and review of departmental related specific quality plans and procedures.
  • Reviews QMS documentation prepared by project personnel for compliance with both JBN and contract requirements.
  • Support the Corporate Quality Management Function in the development, execution, maintenance, and continual improvement of the “Internal Quality Audit” process.
  • Assists the Corporate Quality Manager in the preparation of JBN-Wide Monthly and Quarterly QMS reports and collation of of QAQC reports (company-wide).
  • Ensures that quality management system training and induction are carried out for relevant processes and financial systems

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or other related financial disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of operational experience in senior Financial or Accounting Process Management Roles in a reputable organization.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Internal Control function
