• Electrical or Mechanical Engineering in Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) on Project Material Take off or Construction items.

• Preparation of proper documentation to track quality in construction.

• Ability to control and monitor project documents.

• Review of Engineering Design documents and submitted BOQ/BEME by the EPC contractors to ensure quality is assured and controlled.

• Quality Appraiser of installation works on projects

• Work with other professionals in the company to comply with appropriate standard.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven working experience in project management

• Previous experience working on telecom infrastructure cell sites.

• Experience managing gas and Power projects

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or mechanical Engineering

• Master’s in business administration is an added advantage

• Experience with project design and management software tools
