Job description: Job Description:Our client is a leading multinational Mechanical and Electrical contracting company, and they are looking for a project planner to join their team.Main Purpose:Determining project scope, create work schedules and estimate the resources and costs to deliver the projects. Main Responsibilities: Developing & tracking POW and schedules. Develop and maintain risk register. Developing comprehensive and detailed procurement plan based on the project schedules. Preparing a project resource delivery plan (material and equipment) in-line with the project schedule.  Organizing, documenting and tracking action points in Periodic Project Meetings with all stakeholders in attendance. Supporting the execution team through ensuring that actual work progress closely reflects the planned progress. Periodic communication of the project performance/progress report to the client as required. Analysis of work schedule to ascertain change/delay impact on the timeline and developing mitigation strategy against the delay effect on the timeline. Contributing to the development of the Project Management Office (PMO) through refining the existing workflows. Maintain Program Trackers, such as those for Action Items, as requested by the program managers. Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time. Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications: Effective leadership skills Effective interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Good organizational and multitasking skills Excellent time management skills Good project management skills  MS Project with years of experience in projectRequirements  Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or Quantity survey, with professional experience supported by applicable certification Proven experience in project planning (1–2 years of Experience).
