What are we looking for?

  • We are seeking a dynamic and hands‑on PMO Manager to establish and lead our new central Project Management Office. Reporting functionally and directly to the CDO, you will drive project governance, resource allocation and strategic delivery across our operations. You will also manage our most critical transformation initiatives—particularly Post‑Merger Integration programmes—ensuring that projects align with SOLEVO’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable synergies.

What do we expect from the candidate?

  • As PMO Manager, you will establish and oversee our central Project Management Office, defining governance and standards, prioritizing and delivering a strategic portfolio (including post‑merger integration programmes), driving process improvements and change‑management across multiple countries, proactively managing risks and compliance, and aligning stakeholders through clear, KPI‑driven communication to ensure SOLEVO’s transformational objectives are achieved.

The Key Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining company‑wide project management standards and governance frameworks.
  • Building and managing a comprehensive project portfolio, prioritizing based on strategic value, resource capacity and risk.
  • Leading day‑to‑day project tracking, reporting and issue‑resolution activities.
  • Serving as project manager on high‑impact and Post‑Merger Integration (PMI) sub‑projects, defining success metrics and governance structures.
  • Driving organizational process improvement and supporting business growth initiatives, including new facilities and capex projects.
  • Developing and executing change‑management strategies, facilitating cultural integration and team readiness across all divisions.
  • Identifying, assessing and mitigating project‑related risks and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Engaging and aligning stakeholders—from executive leadership to external suppliers—through clear communication and KPI‑driven presentations.

If you possess…
Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP (or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience building and leading PMOs from inception, with deep expertise in PMI methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, PMI Standards).
  • Proven track record of managing international, executive‑level project portfolios.
  • Hands‑on execution style with a “chase‑culture” mindset.

Nice-to-Have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Certifications in change management or organizational development.
  • Experience in agro‑chemical or chemical distribution environments.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools and digital platforms.
