Project Engineering Manager – Telecoms

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage multiple telecom and power system projects simultaneously.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical site surveys to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and suggest optimal solutions aligned with client needs and project specifications.
  • Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of telecom rectifiers, large UPS systems, LV electrical panels, and solar systems (on-grid/off-grid/hybrid).
  • Coordinate site readiness, deployment activities, and acceptance with stakeholders and clients.
  • Prepare BOQs, project schedules, method statements, risk assessments, and quality plans.
  • Review and validate SLDs, load calculations, wiring diagrams, and energy management systems.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to project milestones and budget constraints.
  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers tasked with site surveys and project implementation. Provide guidance, support, and technical expertise to optimize team performance and ensure the successful execution of project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Conduct project progress meetings, reporting, and documentation updates.
  • Be willing to travel extensively to various customer site

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, B.Sc, or B.Tech with 8-11 years experience.
