Project and Property Management Personnel (NYSC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating facility maintenance and minor renovation projects
  • Support property and asset management activities across hospital locations
  • Monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers for assigned tasks
  • Maintain records of projects, repairs, and asset inventories
  • Support space planning, safety compliance, and general facility operations
  • Prepare basic reports on project progress and property-related activities
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Facility/Project Manager

Requirements

  • Current NYSC Corps Member
  • Degree in Project Management, Estate Management, Building Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of facility or property management is an advantage
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
