Role Overview

We are looking for a purpose-driven Program Officer to support the planning, execution, and daily management of conservation and sustainability programs under the Eco-Restoration Foundation.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals with a background or strong interest in environmental science, sustainability, research, climate action, or development work, who want real-world experience while contributing to meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of conservation and sustainability programs
• Assist with research, documentation, reporting, and grant applications
• Support community engagement, campaigns, activations, and field programs
• Help manage social media, webinars, podcasts, and digital outreach
• Track program activities, milestones, and impact metrics
• Support partnerships with NGOs, institutions, and volunteers

Ideal Profile

• Background or strong interest in environmental science, sustainability, conservation, or development studies
• Research-savvy; experience or interest in grant writing is an advantage
• Certified or aspiring sustainability / climate professional
• Organized, curious, and comfortable learning on the job
• Willingness to work in a hybrid or semi-volunteer capacity where required
