Program Manager
Role Overview
- As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of all HENS BROOD activities. You will work directly with mentors, teens, volunteers, and the Henosis leadership to ensure the vision is carried out with excellence, creativity, and spiritual sensitivity.
- This is a leadership role ideal for someone who combines administration, passion, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of HENS BROOD program calendar and initiatives
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteer mentors and facilitators
- Monitor the spiritual and personal growth journey of participating teens
- Facilitate communication between teens, mentors, and leadership
- Manage logistics for meetings, resources, and events (virtual & physical)
- Design feedback tools and evaluate program effectiveness
- Represent the HENS BROOD program within the larger Henosis vision
- Keep regular documentation and provide monthly reports to leadership
You’re a Good Fit If You:

- Have experience in program or team management (formal or informal)
