Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and mentorship within the Faculty of Law.
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law.
- Supervise undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral research.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable outlets.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
- Engage in community service and advance the University’s vision.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possession of a PhD in Law from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Evidence of substantial scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals.
- Demonstrated ability to provide academic leadership, including supervision of postgraduate students.
- Proven record of research grants, consultancy, and contributions to knowledge in the field of Law.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nigerian Bar Association, Council of Legal Education) will be an added advantage.
