Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and mentorship within the Faculty of Law.
• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Law.
• Supervise undergraduate, Masters, and Doctoral research.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable outlets.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
• Engage in community service and advance the University’s vision.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a PhD in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience at the university level.
• Evidence of substantial scholarly publications in reputable national and international journals.
• Demonstrated ability to provide academic leadership, including supervision of postgraduate students.
• Proven record of research grants, consultancy, and contributions to knowledge in the field of Law.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g., Nigerian Bar Association, Council of Legal Education) will be an added advantage.
