Summary
- We are seeking a creative and passionate Chef to join our team within an FMCG environment.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing product experiments, generating culinary insights, and supporting new product innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test new recipes for product innovation and improvement.
- Provide culinary insights to guide product development and consumer preference studies.
- Conduct product experiments, trials, and tastings to ensure quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and sales.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in all kitchen operations.
- Stay updated on culinary trends, consumer tastes, and food presentation styles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary certification or degree in food science, culinary arts, or related field.
- Experience in product development or R&D will be an added advantage.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a culinary chef.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
