Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Amuwo Odofin. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities, managing production schedules, and ensuring adherence to production plans. The role also involves supervising production staff, maintaining communication with team members and upper management, and ensuring the efficient operation of production processes.

Qualifications

• Possess strong Supervisory Skills and Production Management abilities
• Experience in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
• Effective Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Prior experience in the oil production industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
