This role will be responsible for delivering daily production goals by leveraging thorough planning, operational excellence, and forward-looking strategy.

Job Details

• Interpret daily production targets and develop actionable plans for achieving them.
• Clearly communicate targets and delegate tasks to team leads using an advanced planning system.
• Monitor progress across all units, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could cause downtime.
• Support team members in meeting targets by providing guidance and coordinating with other departments to quickly resolve challenges.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data recorded on the Enterprise Resource Planning Tool.
• Lead the team toward continuous growth and improvement.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the Company’s products and ensure production meets quality standards.
• Provide performance feedback to team leads and address obstacles impacting team growth and operational improvements.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety, ensuring adherence to all established safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar production or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques for process improvement.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing operations and production workflows.
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001).
• Understanding of Health and Safety Management Standards (ISO 45001).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints/drawings.
• Excellent basic computer skills, including proficiency in common productivity tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
