- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing plant production with process development and business process design
- Should have Experience in operations, maintenance, and engineering and/or process Improvement roles including managing teams of people
- Candidate should have knowledge of injection moulding machinery and mold like Milacron/Ferromatik/Jon Wai/HUSKY/SACMI molds.
- Experience of ISO or equivalent quality standard
- Maintaining physical inventory records for raw material, diesel, spare parts and any other consumables and submitting the same to accounts on a monthly basis.
