Product Growth Manager

Job Summary:

  • The Product Growth Manager will spearhead lead generation, drive the adoption of our proprietary digital tools, and build a robust community of digital native shippers (importers/exporters), ultimately converting tool users into revenue-generating clients for our logistics booking services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop and execute full-funnel digital campaigns (SEO or whatever is relevant in the AI-mode era, Paid Media, content creation) to acquire qualified B2B leads across target African markets, focusing on converting them into users of our digital tools.
  • Product Adoption: Implement growth hacks and strategies to increase the daily/weekly/monthly active usage of key utility tools (e.g., OneTrack 365, TradeDocs 365, EasyBook 365), establishing them as indispensable resources in the shipping ecosystem.
  • Community & Loyalty: Cultivate an engaged community of shippers that actively provide feedback and demonstrate loyalty, directly leading to increased bookings via the Digital Booking Platform.
  • SaaS Launch: Design and execute the initial go-to-market strategy for our new B2B SaaS products, ensuring lead volume and product-market fit validation.
  • Analytics & Experimentation: Rigorously test hypotheses, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates across tools), and utilize data to rapidly scale successful growth channels.

Job-Related Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital growth methodologies (AARRR funnel, product-led growth, AI-driven marketing).
  • Proven ability to design and execute scalable social media and online/digital acquisition and activation strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and convert into actionable insights.
  • Experience with product experimentation, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
  • Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, innovative, and comfortable with rapid iteration..

Digital Skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Programmatic Platforms).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Experience with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI, or Amplitude.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
