About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Product Development Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, new product development, and marketing, with strong analytical abilities and a passion for bringing new ideas to life. A background in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, testing, and development of new products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and create market-fit products.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to partner companies.
• Provide technical support and service to partner organizations.
• Conduct internal and external product tests to gather insights and data.
• Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to guide product strategies.
• Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns.
• Maintain the company website and track data analytics performance.
• Coordinate promotional activities, programs, and events.
• Assist with budget monitoring and ensure adherence to guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 2–3 years relevant experience (STEM background is a plus).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Solid knowledge of Market Research, Product Development, Project Management, Digital Marketing, and Social Media (SNS).
• Strong analytical abilities, initiative, and the ability to prioritize tasks, create concise reports, and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a team; bilingual ability (French) is an added advantage.
