Identify and engage reliable Manufacturers and distributors who can meet the technical and quality requirements stated in Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value for the organization.
Work closely with the procurement team to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and recommend suitable sourcing options.
Reduce purchasing costs and delivery times to help improve the organization’s chances of winning project bids.
Develop and maintain an approved list of qualified suppliers, including local vendors that meet local content requirements.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with client policies, donor guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards.
Continuously improve procurement processes by identifying ways to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
