Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Personnel to manage the purchasing of goods and services for the hotel.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate procurement records.
- This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of hotel departments by providing quality supplies at the best value.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source reliable suppliers for food, beverages, equipment, linens, cleaning materials, and other hotel supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of purchase to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and inventory reports.
- Work closely with department heads (kitchen, housekeeping, front office, etc.) to forecast and fulfill supply needs.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Inspect delivered goods for quality, accuracy, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with the hotel’s financial and operational policies.
- Report on market trends, supplier performance, and procurement challenges to management.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.

- We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Personnel to ensure the proper upkeep of the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems.
- The ideal candidate will perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory of tools and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in setting up equipment or facilities for events and functions.
- Report major maintenance issues or hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
- Support other departments with technical assistance as required.
