Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos for a Procurement Officer.
• The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• The role involves analyzing procurement data, ensuring cost efficiency, and adhering to organizational purchasing policies to support the hospital’s operational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Purchase Orders and Purchasing processes
• Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Procurement practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating costs, quality, and supplier performance
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of medical supply procurement is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven work experience in procurement or a related field
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
