Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of quality goods and services that support business operations in the FMCG sector.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years proven work experience as a Procurement Officer/Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
• Good understanding of sourcing strategies, market research, and cost analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/procurement software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience handling imports, logistics, and customs clearance (for companies with international sourcing).
• Knowledge of sustainability and ethical sourcing practices.
