Job Summary
- We are looking for a smart, analytical, and highly motivated Procurement Intern to support the Procurement team. The ideal candidate must be analytical and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers for goods and services.
- Prepare and review purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and documentation.
- Support the team in vendor performance assessment and cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform any other procurement-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Smart, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Currently undergoing NYSC.
