Job Summary:

• We are hiring an experienced Plumber Technician to join our team at FIFY Technical Services. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in plumbing systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. Candidates with previous experience in a Facility Management or MEP environment are highly preferred. Knowledge of piping systems, water supply networks, drainage systems, water treatment systems, and general plumbing fittings will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, routine maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, valves, pumps, and sanitary fixtures.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot plumbing-related issues, and carry out corrective repair works efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain water supply and drainage systems to ensure optimal flow, pressure, and functionality.
• Monitor, operate, and service water treatment systems, including filtration units, softeners, dosing systems, and storage tanks to ensure water quality and system efficiency.
• Conduct regular checks on water treatment parameters and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare maintenance and service reports, ensuring timely completion and documentation of all assigned tasks.
• Work closely with the Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure smooth, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
• Adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures during all plumbing and water treatment operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of ND or HND in Plumbing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within an MEP or Facility Management environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of plumbing systems, components, tools, and safety procedures.
• Practical, hands-on experience with water supply systems, drainage networks, water treatment systems, pumps, and plumbing controls.
