Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Piping Engineer based in Port Harcourt.
• The Piping Engineer will be responsible for designing and evaluating piping systems, performing engineering calculations, and conducting stress analysis to ensure piping systems meet safety and performance standards.
• Additional tasks include collaborating with project teams, creating technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Piping Design, including system layout and technical documentation development
• Strong skills in Calculations and Stress Analysis for mechanical integrity and safety compliance
• Knowledge of Piping and Pipe materials and components
• Ability to analyze technical specifications and adhere to industry standards for piping systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in oilfield or energy sector projects is preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
