Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders across Lagos using public transport.
• Ensure proper handling of products during delivery.
• Collect customer payments on delivery (when required) and remit all funds directly to the company account.
• Maintain communication with the office team on delivery progress.
• Provide polite, professional, and reliable customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lagos with strong knowledge of Lagos roads and public transport routes.
• Must own a smartphone for communication and navigation.
• Prior delivery or dispatch experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy with handling of goods and funds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation

• No fixed salary. Agents are paid per successful delivery.
• Competitive per-delivery rates ensure high earning potential.
• More deliveries = more earnings.
