Personal Assistant to the President

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out personal assignments and tasks, as required, to assist the President.
  • Manage the President’s daily calendar and appointments.
  • Manage personal projects on behalf of the President, where required.
  • Draft or proofread personal letters, notes, or simple documents, where required.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence,where required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President, where required.
  • Develop and maintain record-keeping/filing systems for official and personal records.
  • Manage the President’s travel arrangements and bookings.
  • Process petty cash disbursements and prepare expense reports.
  • Keeping track of important milestone dates, events or renewal dates for memberships, subscriptions, or personal commitments.
  • Coordinate and manage the tasks and assignments of other personal staff or vendors.
  • Handle visitor reception and general office hospitality arrangements.
  • Support or manage special projects.
  • Support the planning of private functions, dinners, or small-scale events.
  • Ensure the President’s office runs smoothly.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Company Executive.
  • Male candidates are preferred but females can apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
