Personal Assistant to the President
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out personal assignments and tasks, as required, to assist the President.
- Manage the President’s daily calendar and appointments.
- Manage personal projects on behalf of the President, where required.
- Draft or proofread personal letters, notes, or simple documents, where required.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence,where required.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President, where required.
- Develop and maintain record-keeping/filing systems for official and personal records.
- Manage the President’s travel arrangements and bookings.
- Process petty cash disbursements and prepare expense reports.
- Keeping track of important milestone dates, events or renewal dates for memberships, subscriptions, or personal commitments.
- Coordinate and manage the tasks and assignments of other personal staff or vendors.
- Handle visitor reception and general office hospitality arrangements.
- Support or manage special projects.
- Support the planning of private functions, dinners, or small-scale events.
- Ensure the President’s office runs smoothly.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Company Executive.
- Male candidates are preferred but females can apply.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
