Personal Assistant

Our client in the fashion industry is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Creative Director of a fashion brand. The successful candidate will excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing both professional and personal priorities with discretion and efficiency. This role also requires a keen eye for brand storytelling, with the ability to capture thoughtfully and curate key moments of the CEO\’s daily activities to support social media presence and overall brand image.
Summary of Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO\’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule
  • Handle correspondence, prepare meeting briefs, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Organize national and international travel arrangements

Fashion & Wardrobe Assistance

  • Assist with wardrobe organization and personal styling needs for events
  • Coordinate fittings, fashion shows, and client meetings
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, or shows when required 

Project & Event Coordination

  • Track ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal teams, stylists, ateliers, clients, and PR agencies 

Content & Brand Support

  • Capture and document select CEO\’s daily activities in line with brand guidelines
  • Provide content support for social media and brand-related platforms
  • Conduct research and prepare reports on industry trends and opportunities 

Research & Reporting

  • Conduct research on fashion industry trends, opportunities, and collaborations
  • Prepare clear and concise reports to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the fashion or luxury industries
  • Minimum qualification of NDiploma, HND, or bachelor\’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, Fashion or related discipline)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage pressure, and adapt to last-minute changes
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in productivity and time management tools (e.g., Calendly, Canva, etc.)
  • Passion for fashion with a good understanding of the luxury market (highly advantageous)
  • Familiarity with social media trends and an eye for visual storytelling (preferred)
  • Highly resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
  • Strong initiative, positive attitude, and professional composure
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to travel when required
