People Operations Intern at Lifebank

People Operations Intern

Location:Bodija, Ibadan – Oyo

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
  • Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  • Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings with potential candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Track and update candidate pipelines and databases
  • Assist in creating recruitment materials and job descriptions
  • Provide support in employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.

Salary
N100,000 Gross per month.
