Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel during assigned shifts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and interaction with staff.
  • Ability to assess and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of security technology and equipment, including surveillance systems.
  • Proficiency in incident reporting and records management software.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recruit, train and deploy security personnel.
