Role Description

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Partnership Agent (OPC) located in Ikeja. The OPC will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners, promoting CCA’s services and products, and achieving sales and partnership targets. Additionally, the OPC will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, and represent the company at various events and functions to expand our reach and customer base.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships
  • Experience in sales and achieving targets
  • Strong market research and business development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to represent the company professionally at events and functions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the hospitality and travel industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 – 4 years in related filed.
  • Ability to engage strangers in public settings (malls, airports, events)
  • Time management and organizational capability
  • Basic CRM usage
  • Comfortable with mobile devices or digital input tools
  • Self-motivated, ethical, adaptable
  • Passion for travel and hospitality
  • Physically mobile and comfortable with outdoor, fast-paced environments
  • Familiar with Lagos geography and hotspots
