Ordering & Expediting Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
- Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate procurement records while ensuring compliance with company and HSE standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ordering, expediting, or procurement (preferably in the EPCI industry).
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
