Ordering & Expediting Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Monitor and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams for seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records while ensuring compliance with company and HSE standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ordering, expediting, or procurement (preferably in the EPCI industry).
  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
