- Air compressor and HVAC system.
- Data recording.
- Inspection and maintenance of the utility equipment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prompt response to any complaint.
- Maintaining of daily operational records.
- Carrying out of daily inspection
- Troubleshoots problem
- Conducting of root cause analysis for breakdown
