Job Summary

• As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple business units, including logistics, automotive services, and storage facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across logistics, automotive, and storage units, ensuring process consistency
• Monitor performance metrics, prepare operational reports, and ensure accurate data analysis
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-efficient operational strategies
• Coordinate and supervise teams across branches to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field
• 4–5 years’ experience in operations, logistics, retail, or multi-branch supervision
• Strong competency in reporting, Excel/Google Sheets, and data-driven decision-making
• Experience in roles such as Regional Operations Supervisor, Fleet/Logistics Manager, or Business Analyst.
