Position Overview:

• The Operation Supervisor will work closely with the Operation Manager and CEO to oversee daily activities, streamline processes, manage client services, and support project execution. The ideal candidate is organized, solution-driven, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor project progress and report updates to the Operation Manager and CEO.
• Implement and maintain operational systems and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and supervising junior staff or interns.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely reporting of client interactions and project milestones.
• Handle client communications professionally, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service updates.
• Support the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and recommend improvements.
• Assist with event planning, partnership coordination, and other special projects.
• Identify operational challenges and propose actionable solutions to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an operational or administrative supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Experience in education consulting, immigration services, or a related industry is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
