Operations & Recruitment Executive

Role Overview

  • The Operations & Recruitment Executive will serve as the backbone of Kaplo Africa’s daily operations.
  • This individual will oversee the full recruitment cycle, manage administration and finance functions, and supervise the performance of other employees and freelancers.
  • They will ensure smooth service delivery to clients while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and client updates).
  • Oversee company operations, including administration, finance tracking, and reporting.
  • Manage invoices, payroll, and expense tracking to ensure financial transparency.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of part-time staff and freelancers.
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recruitment and operations.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on recruitment pipeline, finances, and team performance.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of finance basics (invoicing, expenses, reporting).
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, LinkedIn, QuickBooks/Wave).

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
