Operations Manager
Job Summary
- As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team coordination, and workflow efficiency across all leather care, restoration, and customer service processes.
- You will ensure operational excellence, supervise staff performance, manage production timelines, and support the overall service quality that defines the Tender Leather Care brand.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across leather cleaning, repair, restoration, and customer service units
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve workflow efficiency and service delivery
- Supervise and coordinate production teams to ensure quality standards and timely order completion
- Monitor inventory levels for materials, chemicals, and tools, and coordinate procurement needs
- Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in operations, preferably in retail services, craftsmanship, or production environments
- Strong leadership, organizational, and process-management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with attention to detail.
Salary
NGN 350,000 – NGN 400,000 / Month.
