Operations Manager

  • We are seeking a highly competent, decisive, and disciplined Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day business operations, ensure optimal efficiency, and align departmental goals with company objectives. This pivotal role reports directly to the Managing Director and requires a dynamic leader who can respond rapidly to operational challenges, make fast, effective decisions, and drive performance across teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity. 
  • Act as the central point of communication between the Managing Director and department heads. 
  • Evaluate operational performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement strategies that promote organizational effectiveness and drive sustainable growth. 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams with a clear focus on performance, accountability, and results. 
  • Make informed decisions quickly under pressure while maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance. 
  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. 
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, updates, and analysis to the Managing Director. 
  • Monitor employee performance, identify skill gaps, and ensure teams have the resources and support they need. 
  • Foster a disciplined and respectful workplace culture with a strong focus on results. 
  • Promote teamwork, open communication, and operational transparency across departments.

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Project Management, or a related field (Mandatory) 
  • Professional certification also a plus 
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior operational or managerial role 
  • Strong leadership skills with a results-oriented mindset 
  • Ability to identify and understand the needs of subordinates and support their growth 
  • Proven ability to make fast, effective decisions under pressure 
  • Strong organizational discipline; capable of enforcing rules and standards with firmness and fairness 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • A team player with the ability to build trust and collaboration across multiple departments
