About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing & Brand Management to lead and oversee all marketing and brand initiatives for the company. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s brand presence, driving growth, and ensuring marketing strategies are innovative and effective across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve strategic marketing and brand objectives.
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure brand consistency.
- Oversee the development and management of the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners for timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
- Guide the team in digital marketing strategy, content creation, and social media engagement.
- Oversee creative direction to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving KPIs.
- Prepare and present regular marketing reports and analyses to senior management, offering actionable insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within a Marketing Communication Agency or a reputable FMCG company.
- Proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, digital marketing, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Membership in recognized marketing professional bodies (e.g., CIM, NIMN) is preferred.

Job Objective:
The Brand Manager is responsible for coordinating all brand activities, including sales, advertising, promotions, marketing research, and distribution. The role ensures the successful execution of the brand strategy and marketing plans while achieving profit, volume, and market share objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand’s long-term strategy to effectively engage target customers.
- Plan and implement a 360° marketing communication strategy covering ATL, BTL, digital, and influencer marketing.
- Oversee the entire brand marketing lifecycle.
- Manage day-to-day marketing planning and execution.
- Maintain brand consistency across products, advertising, digital platforms, and all communications.
- Collaborate with sales, editorial, design, and operations teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Define and manage advertising and promotional strategies.
- Monitor sales volumes, market share trends, and market drivers.
- Advise management on competitive pricing, promotions, sales trends, and propose action plans.
- Train sales teams to ensure in-depth brand knowledge.
- Provide monthly brand performance reports to management.
Minimum Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related discipline
