Office Assistant / Personal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Act as personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Assist with daily operations of the Company
  • Assist the CEO in business , project and human resources management for the Organization
  • Run errands for the CEO
  • Keep schedule and daily business activities for the CEO
  • Work closely with CEO to achieve daily Company’s goals
  • Develop and implement various brand strategies
  • Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing
  • Overseeing all operational aspects of our real estate unit, business growth opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Identifying emerging market trends, competitor analysis and potential areas for expansion within the real estate market
  • Overseeing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and making informed financial decisions
  • Managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Create awareness with real estate agents, developers and other professionals to market and sell the Company’s properties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
