Responsibilities
- Act as personal assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
- Assist with daily operations of the Company
- Assist the CEO in business , project and human resources management for the Organization
- Run errands for the CEO
- Keep schedule and daily business activities for the CEO
- Work closely with CEO to achieve daily Company’s goals
- Develop and implement various brand strategies
- Oversee implementation of integrated marketing strategy including innovative campaigns and digital marketing
- Overseeing all operational aspects of our real estate unit, business growth opportunities in new and existing markets
- Identifying emerging market trends, competitor analysis and potential areas for expansion within the real estate market
- Overseeing budgets, tracking revenue and expenses, analyzing financial performance, and making informed financial decisions
- Managing client relationships throughout the sales cycle, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction
- Create awareness with real estate agents, developers and other professionals to market and sell the Company’s properties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
