We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative tasks? We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and support the smooth running of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately.
- Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and taking minutes.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is up to date.
- Handle basic data entry and documentation tasks.
- Support staff in clerical and administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized office environment.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications in administration are an advantage.
- Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
