Job Summary

  • We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, answering phones, scheduling)
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies
  • Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support various departments with routine tasks
  • Handle internal and external communications as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) in any relevant field
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
