Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily administrative operations and office workflows
- Manage reception duties, calls, and visitors
- Handle filing, documentation, scanning/printing
- Manage office supplies and provisions
- Run official errands and support meeting logistics
- Assist with travel bookings and basic finance/admin tasks
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent in a relevant field
- 1–3 years experience in office administration
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
