About the Role:
As an Office Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office, providing essential administrative and operational support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping.
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities.
