• Responsible for maintaining network availability and performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring base stations remain operational. Collaborate with technical teams and provide 24×7 support when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and rnaintain network stability
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
• Install, upgrade, and configure network hardware/software.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure 99% base station uptime.
• Support customer service teams on network-related issues.
• Maintain technical docurnentation and reports.
