Job Overview

Are you a talented Software Engineer willing to contribute to design development and maintenance of our software applications. If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! As a key contributor to our mobile engineering team, you’ll be responsible for building, enhancing, and maintaining mobile applications that delight our users and scale with our business. You should have a strong foundation in mobile application development and be eager to contribute to the full app lifecycle – from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for [iOS / Android / Cross-platform].
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure app stability and performance.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, mobile technologies, and development tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s development processes.
- Provide Mentorship to team members and participate in Crown Interactive Training Programs
- And any other responsibility assigned to you.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in [Swift and/or Objective-C for iOS] OR [Kotlin and/or Java for Android] OR [Dart with Flutter / JavaScript with React Native].
- Solid understanding of mobile development lifecycle and design patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries/SDKs.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of publishing apps to the App Store and/or Google Play.
Qualifications
- First degree in Computer Science, Engineering or technical skills required for this role
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing for mobile apps.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud services like Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
- UI/UX sensibility and a user-focused mindset.
