Job description

• Identify and source potential customers for the bank’s products.
• Conduct market research to understand the credit needs of customers.
• Direct promotion in markets.
• Educate customers on loan terms, repayment plans, and financial literacy.
• Collect and verify loan applications, ensuring accuracy.
• Track repayment schedules, ensure timely collections and loan performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance trust and loyalty.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a HND/BSC qualification in any discipline.
• 2 – 3 years in micro lending, experience in Microfinance bank is compulsory.
• Must have a good customer base.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Target driven and result oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
