Membership and Partnership Officer
Overarching Work Program Goal
- To support the growth and engagement of PSHAN’s membership base, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to achieving the organization’s Universal Health Coverage aspirations.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Engagement:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies for member recruitment, retention, and engagement.
- Serve as the primary contact for members, addressing inquiries and ensuring they are informed of PSHAN programs and benefits.
- Support the organization of member-focused events, workshops, and webinars.
- Maintain and update the membership database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Partnership Development:
- Assist in identifying potential partners and drafting partnership proposals.
- Support the management of relationships with existing partners by preparing reports and providing updates on PSHAN activities.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and follow-ups with partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Programs and Projects:
- Work with the program/ProjectTeam to identify opportunities for member and partner involvement in ongoing initiatives.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of partnership-driven programs and activities.
Communication and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the Communications Team to develop newsletters, reports, and updates for members and partners.
- Prepare presentations, briefing documents, and updates for the management team on membership and partnership activities.
Fundraising and Grant Support:
- Assist in researching funding opportunities and drafting grant proposals.
- Support the team in developing sponsorship packages and outreach to potential sponsors.
Key Deliverables and KPIs
- Growth in membership base (number of new members onboarded).
- Member satisfaction levels (based on surveys and feedback).
- Number of new partnerships established and maintained.
- Contributions to grants and sponsorships secured.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 – 7 years experience.
Working Relationships:
- Head M&P: Provide updates and align priorities.
- Programme Team:Collaborate opportunities for partner and member involvement.
- Communication Team: Work together to develop materials for outreach and updates.
- Finance Team: Support financial reporting and budget alignment for membership and partnership activities.
